How to verify a local area phone number

1. Select any phone number from the NWW access list.

2. Now using your regular phone, just like making a call:

3. Dial the 10 digit number you have selected from the list.

4. You should receive a "fax modem" sound like a "beep".

5. This means that the number is a local number for you.

6. Use this number to access the internet with NWW.

7. If you get a request to add a "1 or 0" to make the call,

8. This means the number is not a local call from your area.

9. Do not use it. There will be additional telco charges for it.

10. Please select a different number from the NWW access list.
